Michelle Morawiak, LICSW, LADC-1, is a Massachusetts-licensed therapist with more than a decade of experience working in mental health and substance use treatment. She has supported clients across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings, and brings deep clinical insight from years in the field.
Michelle focuses on building authentic relationships where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process that helps people strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional balance, and move toward lasting growth.

She is certified in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and the treatment of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). She is also CANS-certified and has a strong track record of helping preteens and teens manage anxiety, build confidence, and find healthier ways to cope with academic and social stress. Her approach combines trauma-informed, attachment-based, and evidence-supported techniques with warmth and authenticity.
Michelle works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, helping clients better understand themselves and strengthen emotional regulation. Her sessions emphasize collaboration, safety, and self-compassion, supporting meaningful and lasting growth.
