Rebeca Gallego
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Rebeca Gallego, MSN, RN, PMHNP is a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinically educated in treating patients with mental health diagnoses across the lifespan. Rebeca received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University and then began working as a mental health counselor for an inpatient psychiatric hospital.
She then continued her education at Northeastern University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in nursing, and her master’s in nursing from Regis College. With a diverse background in medical, oncology, and psychiatric nursing, she has developed a deep understanding of the vital connection between physical and mental health. This experience has strengthened her ability to recognize the unique needs of patients, enabling her to provide patient-centered care that promotes both physical and mental health.
Rebeca has worked as a Registered Nurse at Boston Medical Center, caring for patients with various psychiatric and medical needs. She began her advanced psychiatric nursing career working in private practice with patients 18 years and older.
